1906ETX Etxekonak Senior Housing Cooperative in Pamplona
Together with Juntura Kooperatiba.
Etxekonak is a cooperative project aiming to build collaborative housing for elderly people in Pamplona. This project analyzes the possibilities on the plot offered to them by the city hall.
The plot is located on the northern limit of the San Juan area, surrounded by detached houses. The proposal concentrates the 53 units on the northern limit of the plot, creating courtyards between the building and the houses.
The block is composed of two different typologies of apartments connected by a wide walkway designed to be used for interaction between the inhabitants. The different stories are communicated by three cores, where the comunal spaces are concentrated.
